Every Queens precinct has problems, but some are absolutely criminal enterprises themselves:
The 109th Precinct (Flushing) is the absolute WORST. Corruption so deep that cops are running protection for karaoke bars involved in prostitution and drugs. When Officer Lee tried to expose it, they retaliated against HIM! This is who’s “protecting” Flushing, Whitestone, and College Point.
The 105th Precinct (Eastern Queens) costs taxpayers the most – $349,500 from just two settlements! They patrol Queens Village, Cambria Heights, Laurelton, Rosedale. A $305,000 jury verdict for police brutality in Laurelton shows how violent they are.
The 103rd Precinct (Jamaica/Hollis) has six settlements totaling $242,001 with 16 more lawsuits pending! They sent a dozen officers to terrorize Terrance Tippins at his Jamaica home, costing taxpayers $97,000. South Jamaica, Hollis, St. Albans residents know to avoid these cops.
The 113th Precinct (Southeast Queens) paid out $116,000 in four settlements. They cover Springfield Gardens, Rochdale Village, South Ozone Park. Working class neighborhoods where cops think they can do whatever they want.
The 115th Precinct (Jackson Heights/East Elmhurst) where retired officer Joe Murray confirmed the corruption is system-wide. Corona, Jackson Heights residents face constant harassment, especialy immigrants who cops think won’t fight back.

We’ve seen cases where cops literaly told immigrants “we’ll call ICE unless you pay us.” False arrest becomes extortion. Victims are too scared to report it. When they do, cops claim language barrier means they “misunderstood.” Its disgusting.
